Bank - doubled product sales in months

We were able to increase the branch sales of a retail product within this bank's portfolio by between 42% and 250% within a month of dramatic improvement strategy implementation, within recession conditions.

Lending had dropped significantly as the result of the recession and fell further as the recession deepened, but this particular product's sales - which is lending-related - climbed dramatically against the trend.

Software Developer - halved product development cycle time in weeks

This client was the market leader in New Zealand and looking to expand overseas, but the first significant overseas client was threatening legal action as the result of delays and other problems.
