Our ideal clients are medium to large organisations led by intelligent, enthusiastic and capable executives. We find that these parameters identify organisations and leadership teams that have the aptitude and appetite for dramatic improvement. Both appetite and aptitude are essential to dramatic improvement, because it never just happens.
It always requires, deliberate and systematic action - which is a lot harder to evoke and sustain if people are satisfied with the status quo or unable to escape the conventional mindset.
