Prodsol's DI Intervention Service is our most valuable offering. It's focus is on finding and solving the Universal Problem your organisation (and sector) faces. It's objective is dramatic improvement in bottom-line performance. Prodsol's engagement is for 6-18 months after a month-by-month engagement for the first three months.

Pros and Cons
The primary advantages of taking the DI Intervention Service option over the DI Mentoring and Standard DI Solution services are:
- Greatest whole-organisation impact on the lowest time, dollar and effort cost.
- Service costs are result- or performance-dependent, after the first 3 months and continuation is dependent on performance in the first three, which evokes a different level of commitment and engagement than a mentoring or implementation service.
The primary disadvantages of this service are:
- Needs a far higher level of commitment - time, money, effort and resources.
This service is ideally suited to executives who have a strong appetite for improvement and see the value of a holistic, bottom-line impact focused approach.
Pricing
Pricing is typically a percentage of the growth in monthly EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Tax) secured - unless some other agreed measure is used. We also entertain taking on equity instead of receiving payment for services, in certain circumstances. This is a good option for someone who wants to retire or extricate themselves from the business in recession conditions.
The first 3 months are satisfaction guaranteed, after which a long term agreement is made.
Downgrade options
DI Mentoring and Standard DI Solution implementation are included in the DI Intervention Service, although the DI Mentoring component is slightly different, given that we will be working together on implementation, so there is no need for you to implement on your own. You can downgrade to a Standard DI Solution or DI Mentoring Service at any time within the first three months. We'll negotiate appropriate conversion costs or discounts at the time.
