Your Prodsol Mentor will take you through the Prodsol DI Mentoring Programme over a series of weekly, fortnightly or monthly meetings, phone-calls and email exchanges. The objective of the programme is to transfer DI capability to you over time, starting with the application and implementation of standard Universal Solutions to your own practice and expanding to the application and implementation of a tailored solution to your entire organisation.
