 Prodsol Drim JumpStart!s
Prodsol JumpStart! is the first phase of a dramatic improvement intervention. It's a small-footprint, high-impact phase that focuses on existing workload and takes around a month. The JumpStart! objective is to:
- Relieve immediate stress, pain and pressure
- Create time, focus and control and
- Establish a demand-driven pull-system for the intervention.
It creates the capacity, appetite and aptitude for the subsequent phases of the intervention, by deliberately creating a taste for the dramatic improvement concept.
The JumpStart! intervention comprises 3 primary elements:
- A selection of individual and organisation-focused dramatic improvement micro-solutions that can be implemented very quickly and easily, to immediate effect. This delivers dramatic improvement while introducing people to the drim concepts.
- Sounding board support services for executives who would benefit from regular catch-ups focused entirely on advancing their current workload. This has a significant impact on motivation and energy and enables executives to sharpen their focus and get ahead of the curve.
- Point-solution services, designed to help executives overcome the more exacting immediate challenges they face. These services provide short-term expert thinking services that apply relevant elements of standard solutions and develop new point-solutions, if required. This allows executives to focus on processing workload backlog in order to equip them to allocate an appropriate slice of their time and focus to the next phase of the dramatic improvement intervention.
Most people - executives especially - are over-subscribed to start with and can't afford to add another major initiative to the existing list without risking dropping some of the many balls they're already juggling. JumpStart! addresses this issue by targeting current workload and challenges in order to create capacity where none currently exists and establishes dramatic improvement mindset momentum in the process.
