Drim Seminars

Drim (Dramatic Improvement) Seminars are interactive presentations on Drim concepts and principles, standard solutions and techniques.  They are designed to enable you to explore the opportunity for dramatic improvement a little more, confirm that it's really what your organisation needs and start the drim ball rolling by implementing facets of the solutions directly.

Outline

This is an outline of the entire initiative - which extends before and after the seminar itself.

1. Secure agreement with Prodsol - see "What will it entail?" for more information, or contact us to discuss.
2. Decide who to invite to the seminar.  Prodsol can help.
3. Invite and prepare the attendees - to ensure that everyone knows what to expect, sees the immediate value to them and is looking forward to it.  Prodsol will help with email and announcement scripting.
4. Pre-briefing of Prodsol - if content tailoring is required (Optional - discuss with Prodsol).
5. Hold the seminar (1-3 hours, depending on solution and requirements).  Prodsol will present and lead the seminar.  You or one of the team will play MC.  (You may decide to involve Prodsol in the next step, at this point.)
6. Implementation planning - you work with the team to work out how best to capitalise on the solution concept.  (You may decide to upgrade to a Workshop or Drim Project at this point).
7. Implementation - the team implements the plan, calling on Prodsol for ad hoc support (agreed rates) if and as required.
8. Intervention review - to assess the impact and recalibrate (Prodsol's involvement is optional).

8. Project Performance.  This workshop presents Prodsol's Project Solution (which includes TOC's Critical Chain solution) and explains how to go about implementing it in your situation.

9. Distribution Performance.  This seminar presents the TOC distribution solution and discusses how you can go about implementing it in your distribution network.

10. Cultural Transformation.  This workshop presents a framework for dramatic and ongoing improvement in organisational performance through deliberately and systematically transforming culture.
