Drim Workshops

Drim (Dramatic Improvement) Workshops are interactive presentation and workshop activities that apply drim concepts, principles, techniques and standard solutions to your organisation's situation and result in a high-level implementation plan.

They are designed to enable you to start the drim ball rolling immediately, without needing to wait for agreement and authority to pursue a more comprehensive intervention - but can be upgraded, at a later stage, to a Drim Project.  Drim Workshops are the ideal place to start a drim intervention, if you don't already have budget approved.

Outline

This is an outline of the entire initiative - which extends before and after the seminar itself.

1. Secure agreement with Prodsol - see "What will it entail?" for more information, or contact us to discuss.
2. Decide who to invite to the workshop.  Ask Prodsol for advice, if you need it.
3. Invite and prepare the attendees - to ensure that everyone knows what to expect, sees the immediate value to them and is looking forward to it.  Prodsol will help with email and announcement scripting.
4. Pre-briefing of Prodsol - if content tailoring is required (Optional - discuss with Prodsol).
5. Hold the workshop (3 - 8 hours, depending on solution and requirements).  Prodsol will present and lead the workshop.  You or one of the team will play MC.  (You may decide to upgrade to a Drim Project at this point).
6. Implementation - the team implements the plan, calling on Prodsol for ad hoc support (agreed rates) if and as required.
7. Intervention review - to assess the impact and recalibrate (Prodsol's involvement is optional).

Drim Workshop Options

4. Demand Generation.  This workshop applies Prodsol's Marketing/Demand Generation Solution to your situation.  Results are quicker and bigger than you could imagine.

5. Sales Performance.  This workshop helps sales people improve their performance dramatically, deliberately and systematically helping them move their practice to the next level.

6. Operations Performance.  This workshop applies our Service/Operations Centre to your operating team environment.  Expect increased throughput, lead-time and capacity within days.

7. Production Performance.  This workshop applies the TOC Production solution to your production system.

8. Project Performance.  This workshop applies Prodsol's Project Solution (which includes TOC's Critical Chain solution) to your organisational and functional project performance.

9. Distribution Performance.  This workshop applies the TOC distribution solution to your distribution network.

10. Cultural Transformation.  This workshop establishes the framework for dramatic and ongoing improvement in organisational performance by providing a mechanism for deliberately and systematically transforming culture.

11. Deliberate Innovation.  This three-session workshop series deliberately develops innovative solutions and product concepts and develops a high-level plan for implementing them within your organisation. 

12. Deliberate Evolution.  This workshop converts a "big bang" initiative into a staged, small-batch series of projects.
