Founders
The Prodsol founders are husband-and-wife team Gary and Lynne Bartlett. They started out using brute force thinking to solve apparently intractable problems - bashing their heads against problems until something eventually gave.
In 1996 they stumbled on the Theory Of Constraints, Systems Thinking and TRIZ in which opened up the door to the world of cognitive science. In 2000 they made their own discovery/invention of Systemic (Pattern) Thinking and a set of derivative techniques and standard solutions have evolved from that discovery since then.
Gary Bartlett
Gary is our primary consultant and the driving force behind the development and application of our technology. He is a TOC Jonah and has qualifications in Engineering, Business and Theology and coaches Field Hockey (at senior and representative age-group level) and Windsurfing.
"What excites me the most about what we've discovered and the technology we've developed is that it provides a way to deliberately and systematically improve anything or any situation dramatically.
"This, to me revitalises and magnifies the essence of being human and will enable our society to intentionally accelerate the evolution of our species."
Lynne Bartlett
Lynne's role is as a provocative sounding board and integrity auditor to the solution development and application process. She is a Chartered Accountant.
"The secret of our success is to find patterns across very complex and challenging organisational situations. As an organisation, we have a unique ability to apply the simple solutions to those complex situations to the disparate elements of the situation. The next big challenge for us is to disseminate this capability beyond our organisation and into society."
