History
1998
Probsolv established. Offered solution concepts using a combination of basic TOC (Theory of Constraints), TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), Systems Thinking and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) concepts.
2001
Systemic Thinking discovered/invented while preparing a paper for the International Conference on Thinking.
First few standard systemic solutions developed.
2002
Changed the company name to Productivity Solutions - discovered that people (especially in New Zealand) found a problem-solving focus distasteful.
New standard systemic solutions developed.
Integrated implementation services with solution development services.
2009
Identified the universal human condition problem - unconscious incognizance (we don't know what we don't know, and are trapped within our current thinking and capability).
Developed our universal solution for the human condition - option-rich frameworks, solutions, building blocks and techniques.
Developed a comprehensive organisational transformation solution.
Changed the company name to Prodsol - easier to say and easier to keep unique.
2010
Significant advances in organisational transformation methods and practices - deliberately establishing a pull-system for change to replace the conventional - ressitance evoking - change maangement approach.
Micro-solutions breakthrough and introduction of a JumpStart! phase to all interventions.
Reinvented ourselves on the basis of these advances and insights - creating a specific focus on immediate workload, projects, objectives and challenges. This also enables us to provide services to smaller organisations - because of the smaller intervention footprint required.
Commenced moving our Dramatic Improvement (DrIm) Intervention framework, techniques and solutions online.
We're actively looking for potential systemic solution developers and intervention managers to deal with the growing demand for our services. We expect that providing people with online access to our methods will increase demand for those services rather than satisfy it.
