16 April 2010 - Prodsol to provide online access to DrIm Technology by the end of the year

We've been working, for some time, towards publishing our Dramatic Improvement frameworks, techniques and solutions online. It has been an extremely challenging task - and was beginning to appear impossible, before our latest discovery, referred to in our previous news item.

Although recalibrating all of our material will take significant time and effort, the advantages of an immediate action focused and subordinated approach far outstrip the effort and delay required.

We're working towards launching a subscription-based website, containing step-by-step guides to securing dramatic improvement by the end of 2010. The material will be focused at senior executive and business improvement teams and will be regularly updated with new insights and techniques.

16 April 2010 - New website launched

Our new website reflects our latest discoveries on the key to advancing dramatic improvement interventions. Instead of providing more and more proof-of-concept information - a strategy we've been pursuing for years, in response to the pleas of clients and prospective clients alike - our new website focuses on equipping people to take immediate action in applying our technology to their situation.

The new website is our first public iteration of what may seem to be an innocuous, obvious-in-hindsight discovery, but it has massive ramifications for the dissemination of the dramatic improvement mindset and practice. Distilling - without summarising - the essentials of an insight; establishing exactly what immediate steps need to be taken and; providing only the prerequisites for taking those steps is harder than it seems!

1 March 2010 - Prodsol becomes a HelpConsole Reseller

HelpConsole, ExtremeEase's flagship product, is an inexpensive editable online help, knowledgebase and reseller management system. There is nothing else quite like it in the market, today. It's easy to install and easy to use.

Extreme Ease Software Inc., based in Vancouver Canada, specialises in the development of extremely easy to use web-based help authoring tools. Prodsol recognises that HelpConsole is the ideal system for displaying and collaborating on process and practice guides for Dramatic Improvement Interventions.

We're working with ExtremeEase to create a new application, ProcessConsole, which every organisation in the world will benefit - within weeks - from deploying. ProcessConsole will provide not only standard templates for capturing organisational processes, procedures and information in a highly collaborative way, but will also provide a simple step-by-step guide for doing so.
