The Project Solution
The Project Solution reduces project duration and resource utilisation dramatically while improving project completion predictability and quality. It enables the same number of people to deliver more projects, more profitably in the same time. Our solution is an adaptation of Eli Goldratt's TOC Critical Chain solution.

Buffer each step with more safety in the hope that it will reduce unpredictability.

- Reverse-plan everything from the end-result and delivery date backwards,
- Ensuring that all the prerequisites (resources, information, materials, equipment and previous steps) are synchronised and ready for each critical path task and
- Removing safety from the tasks and putting a portion of it on the project.
