Prodsol’s Project Streamlining Workshop follows on from the Defragmenting Time Workshop. It shows the impact of organisational and project-resource multi-tasking on project performance.

The workshop covers:

1. Critical Chain Project Planning, Management and Progress Reporting.

One of the workshop outputs is a high-level Project and Programme Streamlining Plan, which should be able to be implemented by QBE over 2 months, with visible and increasing impact from the first day of implementation.

The impacts of project streamlining are:

1. Increased project completion predictability.
2. Reduced project durations and increased project throughput as a result – more done in the same timeframe with the same resources.
3. Increased capacity – number of projects that can be completed in the same timeframe with the same resources.
