Drim Solutions are both simple and counter-intuitive, so it's common to dismiss them as trite at first sighting. It's only after careful thought that one begins to see their power: how broadly they apply and how disproportionately they impact on performance.
It's often not even obvious in hindsight how such simple interventions could have unleashed so much value, capacity and opportunity.
