  2. Prodsol Support: We'll answer unanswered questions & and participate in online discussion (within 2-6 hours).
Feedback & Advice on Your Quest or Journey

Ask for comment or ask a specific question in the appropriate Drîm Community Discussion Forum to get quick, free support from:

  1. Other Drîm World Members & Drîm Practitioners: Voluntary - using the opportunity advance their own insight & expertise.
  2. Prodsol Support: We'll answer unanswered questions & and add our comments & suggestions - as well participate in online discussion (within 4-12 hours).

Bugs & Universally Needed Features & Content

Identify a bug or suggest a feature or content in the appropriate Drîm Community Discussion Forum and:

Prodsol Support will respond within 2-6 hours and insert the item into the Platform and/or Content Roadmaps within 24 hours of clarifying it.

Standard Assessment & Recommendation Services

Log a private support ticket requesting standard Prodsol and/or Drîm Practitioner support. We'll negotiate providing a free or fee service.

Level 3 Support

Roadmap Timeframe Escalations

If you need a feature or some content on the Roadmap escalated, we'll negotiate a price and timeframe to do so.

p>Remote or Onsite Support Services

If you need more comprehensive support contact Prodsol or a Drîm Practitioner directly.

We'll agree on terms & pricing.

Drîm Practitioners have the option to get support from Prodsol, if they need it.

Our Support Objective

Our objective is to:

  1. Reduce the need for Site Support, over time - by enhancing the site, based on the user experience and support requests:
    1. Site features & content.
    2. The on-boarding experience.
    3. AMA (Ask Me Anything) & OTC (Off-The-Cuff) Sessions.
  2. Improve the value of Drîm Support, over time - by
    1. Making feature and content enhancements to remove and reduce the need for low-value-add practitioner activities.
