Website Road Map

Overview
Design & Content Publication Strategy
- Start with a minimum viable product to serve as an evolving working prototype.
- Members will determine what's viable, for them - all we can do is to take the best stab that we can at it.
- Content first - features & functionality second (until the (content) viability threshold for each of the portals has been met).
- Launch with significant discounts to build a core set of members who can see the value of what we're publishing and will help us establish a collaborative culture. Only people who can see the value of what we've published so far and where we are headed will sign up.
- Roll out website content and functionality in stages - each of which has a different version no.
- Each stage comprises:
- A primary focus: The introduction of new content and/or functionality.
- A secondary focus: Minor enhancements to existing elements and the addition of minor elements of future stage content and/or functionality.
- Note: What we've released so far is a tiny fraction of what's to come.
