Overview

Design & Content Publication Strategy

1. Start with a minimum viable product to serve as an evolving working prototype.
2. Members will determine what's viable, for them - all we can do is to take the best stab that we can at it.
3. Content first - features & functionality second (until the (content) viability threshold for each of the portals has been met).
4. Launch with significant discounts to build a core set of members who can see the value of what we're publishing and will help us establish a collaborative culture. Only people who can see the value of what we've published so far and where we are headed will sign up.
5. Roll out website content and functionality in stages - each of which has a different version no.
6. Each stage comprises:
   1. A primary focus: The introduction of new content and/or functionality. 
   2. A secondary focus: Minor enhancements to existing elements and the addition of minor elements of future stage content and/or functionality.   
7. Note: What we've released so far is a tiny fraction of what's to come.
