Bugs & Universally Needed Features & Content Identify a bug or suggest a feature or content in the appropriate Drîm Community Discussion Forum and: Prodsol Support will respond within 2-6 hours and insert the item into the Platform and/or Content Roadmaps within 24 hours of clarifying it. |
Standard Assessment & Recommendation Services Log a private support ticket requesting standard Prodsol and/or Drîm Practitioner support. We'll negotiate providing a free or fee service. |

Roadmap Timeframe Escalations If you need a feature or some content on the Roadmap escalated, we'll negotiate a price and timeframe to do so. |

- Improve the value of Drîm Support, over time - by
- Making feature and content enhancements to remove and reduce the need for low-value-add practitioner activities.
- Equiping and supporting Drîm Practitioners in their quest to continually improve the impact of their high-value-add activities.
