Describe the situation you face - to ground things in a broader context and get the perspective you get so effortlessly on other people's challenges.

1. What are we trying to achieve, for each party?
2. Why is this important?
3. What is the current state of play?
4. What challenges do we face in securing the outcomes we seek?

3. Solution

Build the Drîm Solution

Remember that the only reason we think that there are no drîm levers in the current situation is because we can't see them - yet.

1. Select the most promising drîm solution patterns from the standard drîm solution library.
2. Combine them into a simple, robust drîm solution.
3. Enhance your drîm solution, iteratively, if necessary.
4. Build your own custom drîm solution from scratch, if necessary.

4. Implementation

Plan and manage the implementation

1. Create a pull-system for change - instead of a push-system.
2. Stage the implementation - small batches on short, fast cycles.
3. Start with the things that most align with existing interests and passions.
