Our Discovery

We've found a simple, counter-intuitive way of improving nearly any situation or thing dramatically.

The secret is leverage: small effort > big return.  The more complex (challenging) the situation the greater the leverage - and the more counter-intuitive the leverage point.

The problem with counter-intuitive solutions, is that they don't look like counter-intuitive solutions - they look like stupid solutions!

The trick is to know what the different types of leverage look like - and where to find them.
