If you are finding it difficult to use this site, please ask for help here.

The site is evolving very quickly and is seeking to do some unconventional things, so it's quite possible that something won;t work as expected or as you're used to.

Please mention whatever of the following is relevant:

If your question is about Website Functionality / Usability
  1. What device you're using (PC|Mac|Android Phone|iPhone|iPad
  2. What browser you're using.
  3. What page you were on.
  4. What you were attempting to do/expecting.
  5. What happened.

If your question is about Subscription Levels
  1. The best place to compare plans is via the Pricing Menu - top right, beneath the social media icons
  2. We'll publish a page that describes their distinctions clearly in due course.
  3. Upgrading - which we'll also publish a page on, in due course - should calculate the difference in price, depending on how far you are through your current period.
  4. Downgrading is not supported currently. Please contact us directly if you need to downgrade for some reason. We'll work something out!
  5. Please ask here if something isn't clear - or provide feedback privately, if you prefer.

We'll add to this message as time goes by - and create a FAQ in due course.
